岗位职责
1. 协助法兰克福俱乐部中国办事处主任进行足球合作项目,宣传和市场营销项目开发工作;
2. 协助法兰克福足球俱乐部中国办事处项目所需材料及文件的制作和整理;
3. 协助足球合作项目的方案制定和计划执行;
4. 参与工作会议,负责会议纪要的及时整理;
5. 支持中国办事处的行政、财务、人事等方面的文件类工作;
6. 负责搭建及完善中国办事处行政管理体系;
7. 协助完成公司外籍工作人员的工作签证及居留许可的办理;
8. 保质保量协助完成办事处文件材料的中德文、中英文互译;
9. 支持协助办事处主任和项目经理的相关工作及俱乐部分配的其他任务。
职位要求
⚫大学本科以上学历,足球管理、项目管理、企业管理等相关专业;
⚫三年以上工作经验,外企或足球领域工作经验优先;
⚫有行政类或经理助理相关工作经验;
⚫具备良好的团队协作能力和具有优秀的人际交往能力;
⚫有国际合作经验;
⚫中文母语,可用英语或德语沟通和工作,口语流利、书面语表达流畅;
⚫有工作热情,注重细节,具备较强的多任务处理能力;
⚫能熟练运用Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 等 Office办公软件。

Administrative & Project Officer (Based in Beijing)

It has made outstanding achievements in professional football, youth football development and amateur football. As a club currently playing in the Bundesliga, the top tier of the German football league system, Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG aims to make use of its own unique abilities to bridge the gap between nations with common interests, goals and values embodied in football, so as to bring the people of all countries together.
Eintracht Frankfurt Football (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was established by Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG as a wholly-owned subsidiary in China. The main business is to carry out various football-related activities in China, including providing support and training for football coaches, co-building international football schools, football culture promotion and other activities, providing professional football development services for the Chinese market. Eintracht Frankfurt has successfully provided a number of services to the Chinese government, sports, educational institutions, colleges, enterprises and youth training organizations.
Main Responsibility
1. Assist the Head of China Office in football cooperation projects, marketing & promotional projects development;
2. Assist in the production and summarization of the materials and documents required for the project of Eintracht Frankfurt China Office;
3. Assist in the formulation and implementation of the football cooperation project;
4. Participate in work meetings, and be responsible for the recording and sorting of meeting minutes;
5. Support the administrative, financial, personnel and other documents of the China Office;
6. Responsible for building and improving the administrative management system of the China office;
7. Assist to complete the processing of work visas and residence permits for foreign staff of the company;
8. Assist in completing the translation between Chinese and German, English of the documents and materials;
9. Support and assist the relevant work of the Head of China Office and project manager, and other tasks assigned by the club.
Position Requirement
⚫Bachelor’s degree or above, football management, project management, business management or other related majors
⚫At least 3 years’ experience, work experience in foreign-funded enterprise or football-related industry are preferred
⚫Relevant work experience of administrative or assistant to the manager
⚫Excellent teamwork skills and strong interpersonal communication
⚫Experience of international cooperation
⚫Chinese as mother tongue, English or German as working language, fluent in spoken and written
⚫Passion to work, attention to detail, and strong multitasking skills
⚫Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
