​程雲鵬，男，1985年生，中國遼寧瀋陽人。聽力殘障人士（醫療事故導致），大學本科畢業，2006年自學攝影，從事攝影創作，攝影家協會會員，自由職業攝影師。

​Cheng Yunpeng, male, born in 1985, is from Shenyang, Liaoning, China. Hearing handicapped (caused by medical malpractice), graduated from university, self-taught photography in 2006, engaged in photography creation, member of Photographers Association, freelance photographer.

​2022年8月22日，第六屆瀋陽旗袍文化節啟幕。旗袍秀、藝術大賞已經成為瀋陽旗袍文化節必不可少的節目之一。

​On August 22, 2022, the 6th Shenyang Cheongsam Cultural Festival kicked off. Cheongsam show and art awards have become one of the indispensable programs of Shenyang Cheongsam Cultural Festival.

活動內容：通過模特走秀，展示蘊含在旗袍和新中式服裝中的優秀傳統文化，為本地旗袍企業提供展示和宣傳平台，助推本地旗袍產業發展，擴大旗袍文化節的知名度和影響力。
