星灿盛世（北京）文化传媒有限公司作为Pledis Entertainment中国分公司，建立初衷即为以旗下艺人利益至上，协助艺人于国内有序开展工作、顺利完成行程，并向粉丝提供良好、及时的交流平台。
自出道至今，贵司旗下艺人徐明浩先生一直以团体利益为先，遵从贵司安排完成多项工作，多次宣传团体并拓宽一定知名度，为贵司带来诸多流量及正面影响。作为徐明浩先生的粉丝，徐明浩粉丝一直以来尊重徐明浩先生的想法，抱着徐明浩利益至上的态度，竭力配合徐明浩先生于海内外的各项工作行程，于线上线下有效展现了粉丝支持力与购买力，呈现了徐明浩先生现有的商业价值，拓宽发展前景，为贵司创造诸多正向效益。
然贵司于徐明浩先生工作行程方面屡次安排不当、保护不周，并未合理规划行程、积极开展宣发，甚至缺乏后勤保障、阻碍行程进行的事件频发，并未作出相应措施，长此以往，对艺人发展及粉群稳定均会产生不良影响。
针对星灿盛世长久以来对旗下艺人徐明浩保障不力、对粉丝诉求从不回应的现状，我们无奈发布此维权声明，请星灿盛世正视徐明浩粉丝合理诉求、公平公正对待旗下艺人徐明浩先生，切莫违背成立初衷、令粉丝继续心寒。
1、 合理安排艺人行程，及时进行工作对接、保障艺人身心健康。
作为海外男团的中国成员之一，徐明浩先生兼顾海外活动与国内行程，珍惜回国机会、珍重国内粉丝，时间安排极为紧迫的情况下也能圆满完成工作，然贵司对徐明浩先生的行程安排屡有不当，艺人多次超负荷工作，导致休息时间不足、健康状况不佳。
请星灿盛世合理安排徐明浩先生的行程、保障艺人身心权益，及时进行各项工作对接，对自身业务能力不断精进，切勿影响艺人健康，令粉丝担忧！
2、 务必完善后勤保障，确保艺人出行顺畅安全、工作开展顺利。
因错误估计现场情况，未加派安保人手造成艺人出行安全受阻，甚至发展成围堵、拥挤，影响公共秩序，这是公司安保不力、护送失职。倘若艺人及大众因秩序不稳而受伤，艺人工作因安保原因无法顺利展开，其后果不堪设想。
贵司有义务为艺人全程提供有效后勤保障，保证艺人出行顺畅安全，确保艺人工作展开顺利。敲定国内行程后，工作经纪人团队、出行安保队伍等均应配备完善齐全，确保出行顺畅、维持现场秩序应当是贵司最基本的职责。
徐明浩粉丝拒绝此类事件频繁发生，请贵司及时预测各类突发状况，做好完备预案，务必完善后勤保障，切勿让艺人个人承担一切风险，造成不良影响，令粉丝失望！
3、 公正对待旗下艺人，拒绝宣发延时遗漏，请积极进行物料拍摄。
贵司屡次出现宣发不力、延迟宣发的行为，近一年活动几乎无单人inside物料及相应宣传。贵司有义务配合进行各项活动宣传发表，包括但不限于发布相关活动的艺人妆造/图文花絮等、转发官方博文积极宣传、合理利用活动曝光度宣传艺人，做到彼此尊重、合作双赢。
请星灿盛世重视旗下艺人徐明浩先生，积极对待艺人工作，重视各类宣传，及时更新物料，增强艺人应有曝光！
4、 正视舆情监管，严肃有力惩治谣言重伤、维护艺人正向声誉。
贵司有义务做好舆情监管，请星灿盛世严肃对待旗下艺人徐明浩先生数次被恶意中伤甚至造谣立场的事件，必要时请予以法律支持。网络并非法外之地，请贵司维护好旗下艺人的正向声誉，减少不必要的麻烦，这对个人及团队发展都极为重要，而非放任自流，毫无作为！
出道九年，徐明浩先生对团队工作的上心、对自身事业的热情、对粉丝朋友的关心有目共睹，获得喜爱、受到肯定都是其自身踏实奋进、不断努力的结果。徐明浩粉丝同样热切并真心祝愿徐明浩先生能在自己热爱的道路上不断向前奔赴、走得更远，在良好现状下不断结出硕果。

데뷔부터 귀사소속 연예인 서명호는 항상 팀 활동 우선으로하여 귀사에서 안배한 모든 일을 잘 소화했을뿐만 아니라 적극적인 홍보를통해 팀 인지도를 넓히고 귀사에 많은 긍정적인 영향을 주었습니다.
그런데 귀사는 서명호의 스케줄을 번번이 부당하게 배치했고 보호도 부족합니다. 합리적인 일정과 적극적인 홍보도 없었으며, 심지어 기본적인 지원도 없어, 스케줄의 진행에 어려움을 주었습니다.

1.연예인 스케줄을 합리적으로 안배하고, 신속한 업무 협의 및 연예인의 심신 건강을 보장해야 합니다.
귀사는 서명호의 스케줄을 자주 부당하게 배치했고, 무리안 일정 및 부족한 휴식시간으로인해 건강상태가 매우 좋지 않습니다. 서명호의 스케줄을 합리적으로 안배해 주시고 연예인의 심신 권익을 보장해 주시고 각종 업무 협의도 제대로 진행해 주시길 바랍니다. 그리고 자신의 업무 능력에 대해 끊임없이 항상시킬 수 있게하고, 제발 연예인 건강에 영향을 주지말고 팬들을 걱정되게 만들지 마십시요.
2.반드시 현장 지원을 완벽하게 준비하여 연예인의 일정이 안전하고 무사히 진행될 수 있게 해야합니다.
현장 상황을 파악하지못하고 보안 인력을 추가 파견하지 않아 연예인의 안전을 책임지지못하고 심지어 포위등의 혼잡한상황을 유발해 공공 질서에 심각한 영향을 끼치는 것은 귀사의 보안 및 호송 책임에대한 직무 유기입니다. 국내 일정이확정된 후 귀사 매니저 팀, 보안 팀들 미리 잘 준비해야 합니다. 무사히 이동 그리고 현장 질서를 유지하는 것이 귀사의 가장 기본적인 책임이 아닙니까? 귀사는 제대로 각종 돌발 상황을 예측하고,충분한 대책을 잘 세우며 반드시 후방 지원을완벽하게 해 주시면 좋겠습니다.다시 연예인이 위험에 노출되지않도록 하여 팬들을 실망시키지 말아 주시기를 바랍니다.

귀사는 여러 번에 홍보 부족, 지연 상황이 나타났습니다.또한 최근 1년 동안 싱글 inside 콘텐츠 및 홍보 역시 거의 없습니다. 귀사는 관련 활동, 연예인메이크업/사진,비하인드 등을 발표하고 공식 블로그 리트윗 하여 적극적으로 게시 및 홍보하며 연예인의 활동 노출도를 합리적으로 높힐 의무가 있습니다.
소속 연예인 서명호를 중시해 주시고 연예인 일정에 적극적으로 대해 주시기를 부탁드립니다. 각종 홍보뿐만아니라 동영상 콘텐츠 제대로 업데이트하고 연예인의 노출도 적당하게 늘려야 합니다.
4.여론 감독 관리 문제를 직시하시고 악성루머에대해 강력하게 대응하여 소속 연예인의 명예가 훼손되지 않도록 해야합니다.
귀사는 여론 감독 관리 잘 할 의무가 있습니다.소속 연예인 서명호가 이미 수십 번 악상루머에 피해를 당했고 심지어 유언비어 사건에 대해 엄중히 대처해 주시기 바랍니다.필요할 경우 법적 지원을 부탁 드립니다.

Since his debut, The8, the artist of your company, has consistently prioritized group interests, followed your company's arrangements, completed various work, and actively promoted SEVENTEEN in China, contributing significantly to the group‘s popularity in China. However, your company has repeatedly mishandled his work, provided inadequate protection, failed to plan schedules reasonably, neglected promotional activities, and even lacked logistical support, hindering his activities.
Given Xing Can Sheng Shi's persistent failure to adequately protect your artist The8 and your consistent lack of response to fan concerns, we reluctantly issue this rights protection statement. We hope that Xing Can Sheng Shi can take seriously the reasonable demands of The8's fans and treat the artist fairly and justly.
1. Reasonably arrange the artist's schedule, promptly coordinate work, and ensure the artist's physical and mental well-being. Your company has consistently made inappropriate arrangements for The8's schedule, causing him to work beyond his capacity, resulting in insufficient rest and poor health. We implore Xing Can Sheng Shi to make reasonable schedule arrangements for him, safeguard the artist's physical and mental well-being, coordinate various work promptly, continuously improve your business capabilities, and avoid compromising the artist's health, causing concern among fans!

Treat The8 fairly, reject delays and omissions in the promotion of different activities, and actively engage in content shooting.The company has demonstrated ineffective and delayed promotion repeatedly, with almost no inside SEVENTEEN or corresponding promotion of The8’s individual activities in the past year. It is the company’s responsibility to cooperate in promoting various activities, including but not limited to releasing related content, posting the artist’s photos, and utilizing the activity exposure to promote the artist. Please value your artist The8, actively support the artist's work, prioritize various forms of promotion, and post related content promptly.
4. Address public opinion monitoring issues seriously, and rigorously and forcefully punish rumors and slander that seriously harm the artist's reputation. The company should manage public opinion. Please take seriously the incidents where your artist The8, has been maliciously harmed or faced false accusations multiple times, and if necessary, seek legal support. The internet is not a lawless space; therefore, please protect the reputation of The8 and reduce unnecessary troubles. This is crucial for both personal and team development, rather than allowing issues to go unaddressed. In his nine years of career, The8's love for the team, dedication to work, and care for fans are evident. The8 Fans Club will wholeheartedly support all his work. We hope that the company can work together with the fans, cease inaction and non-responsiveness, address fans’ concerns, treat The8 fairly, promptly and effectively carry out works, help the artist to overcome obstacles, and embark on a bright future together!
